Huntington Beach Girls Softball

Look for announcements via email or on our Home Page regarding future softball clinics held on our fields at Circle View Elementary. 

HBGS is excited to host a Winter Softball Clinic December 17 & 18 at our fields.  The clinic will be led by Kayla Joyce, who is a graduate from Eastern Kentucky University, a NCAA Division 1 program in the Ohio Valley Conference.  Kayla finished her 2016 season leading the conference in hits, batting average, and stolen bases, while also being top 5 in many other offensive categories.  She was a 2016 All-Conference player and an All-Conference tournament team player, playing outfield and first base.  She is currently the graduate assistant coach at The University of Tennessee at Martin softball program (NCAA D1), working with outfield, hitters, and speed/agility training. She is very involved with the softball community in West Tennessee, and runs camps, clinics, and gives lessons to the youth organizations and leagues.   This summer she will begin playing for the Philippine National Team as they begin competing for a spot in the 2020 Olympics!  We are excited to have her host this event!
